Olga Hembik

Editor and journalist. She studied Polonistics at the Volyn National University, named after Lesya Ukrainka, and Turkology at the Yunus Emre Institute (Turkey). For more than nine years, I was a columnist for "Gazeta po Ukraine" and "Kraina" magazines and the editor-in-chief of the shipping publication, which traces its history since 1916. Worked for the Ukrainian diaspora Radio Olsztyn, which was published in Forbes, Leadership Journey, Huxley, Landlord, and others. Graduated specialist in the International Thomas PPA certified course (Great Britain) with expertise in human resources. The first book, "Women don’t," was published by the publishing house "Nora-druk" in 2016, and worked on the second with the assistance of the Institute of Literature in Krakow already during the full-scale invasion.

Svitlana Mialyk

Deputy editor-in-chief of the First Channel of Ukrainian Radio, coordinates special projects. In the creative work, there are several authors' radio programs, in particular, "Masters of the Earth," "Government Weekdays," and "Time of Reforms." She headed the Editorial Office of a foreign feed network. The author of several special projects, particularly "Voices of Independence," "Legends - About Radio," and others. In addition, the author's weekly special projects, "Persona grata" and "Healthy politics," in which the most famous and most influential personalities take part. Collaborated with the radio station "Emigrant Radio" (author's program "Figures with Svitlana Myalik"). Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, he has cooperated with several foreign media, in particular, "Polish Radio for Ukraine" (author's programs "Talk of the Week," "I'm in Poland," "Consular Advice," "On the wave of health"), with Polish talk radio station WNET (author's program "Let's Win Together"), Latvian Radio.

Yuliya Voinar

Journalist, TV presenter. Before the full-scale Russian invasion she worked as a news TV presenter on the TV channel "Ukraine 24". After moving to Warsaw worked on the TV channel for Ukrainian refugees "UA24.TV". Currently works as a news presenter on the Belarusian TV channel "Belsat".

Albina Trubenkova

Journalist, publicist. She worked as an editor of the UNIAN information agency, the Polish Press Agency (pap.pl), "Gazeta po kyivski", magazines "Politics and Culture", "Profile of Ukraine" and others. Contributed to the publications "Ukrainian Pravda", Gazeta Wyborcza and others. For more than 20 years, has been dealing with the topic of European integration of Ukraine - was a media consultant of the Government Office on European Integration, the Parliamentary Expert Group on European Integration. As a PR consultant, worked on projects of the Representation of the European Union in Ukraine and international projects created with the support of UNESCO. Was the author and coordinator of grant projects in the field of mass media, which were supported by the Foundation named after Stefan Batory, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.

Tetyana Ivanska

TV and radio presenter. She arrived in Poland due to the full-scale war of the Russian Federation in Ukraine in March 2022. In Warsaw worked as the author and presenter of the "Bezviz" and "Meet" projects on the Belsat channel and was a scholarship recipient of the Media Lifeline Ukraine program. In July 2023 returned to Ukraine.

Kateryna Bandus

In 2020, graduated from Akademia WIT at the "Grafika komputerowa, reklama i multimedia" faculty. After that, she worked as an art director in the online media "Babel" for two and a half years and participated in the second stage of the scholarship program.

Nataliya Ryaba

Ukrainian journalist and editor. She worked in the Ukrainian editorial office of Radio France Internationale (RFI). She was a senior weekly editor at Ukraine 24 TV channel and worked as a production editor at Espresso TV channel, Radio Liberty, and Hromadske Radio (2003-2005). She is a producer at Media Lifeline Ukraine and deputy editor-in-chief at Sestry.eu.

Shamla Tsargard

Shamla Tsargand, MS in Social Science Management, LL.M in Public International Law and Human Rights, is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in advocating for minority rights, gender equality, freedom of speech and assembly, and independent journalism across Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. She possesses strong managerial skills and a deep understanding of the regional contexts in which she operates.

Maksym Eristavi

Maksym Eristavi is a Ukrainian journalist, writer and media manager. He is a partnerships lead at Free Press for Eastern Europe and oversees audience engagement, innovation and disinformation resistance at Science+. Eristavi has over a decade in experience of fostering international news partnerships, cross-border news production and empowering independent journalism.
